Recently you received a friend of mine -- DeShawn -- and I've never felt confusion like this before and I've never experienced pain like this before in my life.
I may not understand why DeShawn is up there with you right now but what I do know is that he's one of the greater ones that you'll keep close to you.
Take notice that you have a soldier up there with you.
I remember his smiles and his jokes and his laughs...if anything please just realize how special a person he is.
Tell him that I love him...and I'll be coming to see him -- I don't know when -- but until that time take care of him for me, for us all, down here on earth praying for a fallen homie.

I'ma miss you. The times that we were just sittin there clownin and the times we were sittin there just talkin. The basketball game I will forever remember in my life as the last time I laid eyes on a soldier and a friend. 15...it's too young for your life to have ended.
